- TravelCare+ is free. It gives general information, not tax, legal, financial or medical advice.
- Pay numbers are estimates. Always check with your agency, a tax professional and the licensing board.
- Ask and Scan use AI and can be wrong. Check the official source before you act.
- You must be 18 or older and in the U.S. Use it fairly: no bots, scraping or abuse.
- Our liability is limited (see below). Use it at your own risk.
Agreeing to these terms
By using TravelCare+ you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. TravelCare+ is run by A.J. Skidmore, a sole proprietor doing business as TravelCare+ ("we").
Who can use TravelCare+
- You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. The information is about U.S. rules only.
- TravelCare+ is for planning your career, pay and paperwork. Don't use it for patient care, clinical decisions or emergencies.
Information, not advice
TravelCare+ explains rules and estimates numbers to help you make your own decisions. It is not tax, legal, financial, medical or career advice, and using it doesn't create any professional relationship. Take-home pay, contract totals and other figures are estimates based on the assumptions shown. Your real results will differ.
Accuracy and sources
We link every fact to its source and recheck facts on a schedule, but laws, rates, fees and compact membership change, and mistakes happen. Before you sign a contract, file taxes or apply for a license, confirm the details with the official source, such as the licensing board, the IRS or your agency. If you spot a mistake, please report it.
Ask and Scan use AI
Ask answers and scanned details are produced by an AI model and can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, even with sources. Don't rely on Ask or Scan alone for any decision about a license, contract, taxes or pay. Check the sources listed, and always review scanned details before you save them.
Other websites
TravelCare+ links to other sites, such as licensing boards, agencies and housing sites. We don't run, check or endorse those sites, their job posts or their listings, and we aren't responsible for them. Be careful with housing: never send money for a place you haven't confirmed is real.
Your account
- An account is optional. Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Only scan or enter your own credentials. Don't upload other people's documents.
- You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.
Fair use
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or scraping to access the app or its Ask and Scan features;
- try to get around limits, security checks or other people's data;
- use the app for anything illegal, harmful or unrelated to its purpose;
- copy or resell the app or its content.
We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
No ads, no paid ranking
We don't accept payment from agencies or anyone else to rank, recommend or promote them in TravelCare+.
Availability
TravelCare+ is provided "as is." We may change, pause or stop features, including Ask and Scan, at any time. Daily limits apply to keep the service free.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about TravelCare+, express or implied, including that it is accurate, complete, available or fit for a particular purpose. We aren't liable for decisions you make or losses you have from using it, including lost pay, taxes, penalties, interest, or delays in licensing or starting a job, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim about TravelCare+ is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Your responsibility
If you break these terms or misuse TravelCare+, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Disputes
If you have a problem, please tell us first through the feedback form, and give us 30 days to try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
